Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $100 or more.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during holidays or severe weather.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address before ordering. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — if your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to update it.
